don't sweat it, okay?! just like the others said, just eyeball it and take it easy. it's cool. that's what's so great about cooking, IMO; you can just relax and take it easy in the long run.
but,as previously mentioned, baking is a science.
i'm a HORRIBLE baker, lol.
