ISO advice/help with nutty Asian chicken salad

I want to make this dish Easy Entertaining Ideas & Recipes - Holidays, Parties, Decor and More - Bite Me More but I can't use real peanut butter. Can I use a nut alternative spread and will it still turn out well? soy butter?

Use sesame tahini instead. You might want to cut down the quantity a little however as the flavor is strong. I would think the sesame flavor would actually be better than peanut butter :)

Cashew nut or almond butters could be an alternative if you aren't allergic. They wouldn't taste the same, though, obviously.
