ISO "Cooking for One" cookbooks?

This is what I'm trying to avoid, but I might have to learn to love my microwave!

Hey, hey! Nothing wrong with the microwave. You can easily cook a single piece of fish to perfection, it's great for corn on the cob, or any veg, reheating stuff, boiling water, making hot dips, cooking bacon, you name it.
