I hope your enjoying summer like I am, and my family, Here's a question for your health nuts.

I'm looking for fruits and berries I can either pick off the tree and eat, Or go buy them at a co op store, I'm looking for fruits and berries that going to make be feel wide awake "with out any red bull helpers" I will not touch that stuff, I'm looking for a fruits and berries that will help you stay cool when your fishing & camping.
