Hi I am looking for a nut roast recipe and any other vegiterian dishes that is easy to make for christmas but there is one catch it is very hot in Cape Town at the moment between 25 and 39*c so I would not like to make tooooo many hot dishes.... any advice and recipes would be much appreciated.... len
