ISO Recipes with Splenda

I'm Diabetic, and was wondering if any of you have any recipes with Splenda. Thats the only artificial sweetner i will use. (Easy Ones) would be nice.
And, any other Diabetic pointers to help me control this diesase would be very helpful! Thank You in advance!
