Question ISO Recipes with Splenda

I'm Diabetic, and was wondering if any of you have any recipes with Splenda. Thats the only artificial sweetner i will use. (Easy Ones) would be nice.
And, any other Diabetic pointers to help me control this diesase would be very helpful! Thank You in advance!

Graham Kerr "The Galloping Gourmet" has a Splenda cookbook available. Also...www.splenda.com has recipes also.
