ISO TNT Recipes using lovage

Every year, I have this monster lovage plant in the garden. I use the leaves in soups, but I haven't really given much thought to the other parts of the plant. I have done a search and bookmarked some recipes to try, but was wondering if anyone has a TNT recipe that highlights lovage and if so, would you share it with us?

I do not have a TNT recipe, but I do have lovage in my herb garden and have a website that has recipes that I wish to try! If interested, it is here!

Goes well in German style potato salad, frikadellen, and maultaschen or most anywhere one would use European Maggi.

Thanks! I don't use Maggi...but I have a German cookbook (Dr. Oekter's) and will look in it. I also have a friend from the the German-speaking part of the Czech Republic, she might have some TNT family recipes that would use lovage.

Lovage from Oetker's website-
