i wana lean how to make mousses out of various things like squash, and like different things like that, but im finding it hard 2 find recipes like that. im looking 4 recipes that use more complex things then just like cooking the squash and mixing it with whiped heavy cream. that just seems to easy, and to just idk. if u have any good recipes then just post them. mabe if u know any recipes that use agar agar or something like that.
