Recipe Of Jalebi
Two cups flour, approx 2 cups water, a pinch food color,2 pinch baking soda, all mixed very well till formation of long unbroken strands while dropping from height (30cm).I stirred by hand itself.Let the covered dough rest for 12 hours and start frying in medium heat before dipping it in warm syrup of 3cups of water & 3 cups sugar boiled for about 10 mins.Aftee dipping for about 30 seconds in syrup its ready to be served. For readying the initial fried pieces, I used plastic oil packets. And for shape a small circle at first & small connected circles around the edge of initial circle. Its how I prepares these days and everyone loves it after trying for like 20+ times.
