Hi. I want to make this recipe for Spicy Jalapeno Mustard, but I don't want to can it; I plan to give some away to friends. About how long would it last refrigerated? Thanks.

I'm going to pack it in 1-cup canning jars and give it to them in the next week or two. I was thinking it might keep a month or so.
The flour in the recipe gives me pause...perfect medium for fermentation. The recipe looks easy enough to cut in half and make sure you use it with in a month or less.
