Kettle chips recipe
Hi,
Does anyone know how to make those crunchy thick Kettle chips ? I can never get my home-made chips to taste & feel anything like the ready-made ones ?! I'm pretty sure there's one crucial (secret) process in the recipe to make these snacks ! Thanks - Mave |

Yep - I know we've had discussions on this before ... you just need to use the search function to find them.
But - this will get you most of the same info: Kettle chips recipes As they say - Google is your friend! One thing that can make a difference in the flavor is the oil you use. Although some oils are "neutral" in flavor for some things - they can have a distinctive difference in fried potatoes.
