What does it smell like now and how hot was the room? My reaction would be NO WAY but you could make pikelets or something that needs soured milk with it.

smells ok :) room temperature, not sure maybe 10-15degess celsius

I'm with MJ - milk that has been homogenized and pasturized doesn't sour - it spoils. You could probably use it to make yogurt or cheese, if you act quickly.

heat it in the microwave for about 30sec. If it flocculates, throw it away, if everything's still like milk, you can use it.

Cute!

I thought that was what you said to someone who ate a whole herd of sheep, "Was that the whole flocculate?"

If it smells and tastes okay I would cook with it - FAST! (Soup would be my first thought if it was a lot, or pudding). Interestingly I've found that store bought chocolate milk seems to hold up better than white milk if it's left out by mistake... :)
