My mom called today, very pleased with herself. She found lime curd at the local tiny grocer, and wondered what to do with it. I told her to get a spoon and eat it straight out of the jar. We discussed bagels, crackers, cookies, angel food cake, pretzels, fruit, etc. Anything else?

English muffins and as a topping for ice cream

Gonna make me some lime curd. The stuff is sooo good straight out of the jar.

How about putting it into either graham cracker tart shells or puff pastry shells. I do this with lemon curd but I'd bet the lime would make me drool big time.

Went to the fridge and ate a big spoonful of lemon curd. It was expired. Do not care.

Mmm, graham cracker crust. Great idea, Kades!
