Long list of food terms

Here's a site with most (all?) cooking terms explained and clickable.
I thought I'd at least heard most cooking terms---- but, no, I didn't.

There's a reason for that. No one EVER uses them.

If sushi isn't a persons 'thing' then perhaps this. I've made this type of salad many times and used AMAZU SHOGA sprinkled on top.
