Lost a recipe

I was hoping somebody might know this recipe. It was basically a cream soup with chicken in it. And at the last 5 or 10 minutes of cooking you added strips of flour tortillas. I think it had green chilies in it to.

Does anybody know of a recipe like this? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

The one I want did not have beans or salsa or corn. And it was flour tortillas not corn. It was basicaly creamy chicken broth. I remember it had heavy cream and cheese in it to.
