I don't think I've ever laughed out loud this much watching a cooking video :ROFLMAO: Brad from Bon Appétit and Samin Nosrat, author of "Salt Fat Acid Heat," make the focaccia from her Netflix show by the same name. It's about 25 minutes long. Worth the time.

Yeah, I watched that a few nights ago. I love Brad's shows, and Samin was just as crazy as Brad. I love it when experienced chefs laugh at themselves when they make a mistake and have to do something over.

Can you say, "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat" and not trip over your tongue? If so, try it five times, fast. :huh:
