Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish Recipe
I use to listen to NPR all the time back in my 20's and every year around this time they would start talking about Susan Stamberg's mother's recipe for cranberry relish. I always vowed to make it and never did. Well this year I am going to do it. I just got back from the store where I bought all the ingredients needed. It may be good and it may be bad but at least I will finally get this behind me. Just out of curiosity, has anyone out there ever tried it and how did you like it. Here is the link to the recipe if you would like to check it out: Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish Recipe

Happy Thankgiving to You and Yours Uncle Bob. I tried a little bit of it before I put it in a ziplock bag and froze it per the instructions and so far I like it. Kinda reminds me of a "black sheep of the waldorf salad" family. I think I might toy with this one a bit.
