Metric Conversions?

Now that I have some amazing recipes from Kyles & WayneT...
does anyone know of a site to go to for metric conversions?

Thanks MJ that is a good site to have. I find that most cookbooks have conversion charts somewhere in them. The Pyrex measuring cups also have metric on the opposing side.
