I'm making an intense mixture of vegetables and other healthy items.
I'm not very good at cooking, but I can boil and/or steam if needed. I also don't mind eating any of these raw.
Here is my list:
Ginger
Garlic
Spinach Leaves
Asparagus
Broccoli
Baby Bok Choy
Carrots
Brussel Sprouts
Cauliflower
Cabbage
Endive
Beets
My ultimate goal is to go by the store once a week and buy enough to eat a small serving twice a day. So I need to get all of this in my body as conveniently as possible.
Should I blend these all together? Boil them all together? steam them all together?
Are these vegetables able to be cooked with one another?
I would appreciate any input possible!
