Mock duck meat question
HI. New here to the site.
I thought I'd throw this question in hopes that someone out there can help me out.
I finally found a version of vegetarian duck from a great shop here in Montreal. I've been having a hard time finding a good Thai Crispy Duck recipe though. The one I used was great but not what I was looking for. Anyone have any experience with this? There is a resto here that serves a crispy duck with spinach dish and I'm trying to duplicate it. I think it's a soy based sauce with molasses but not too sure.
Anyway, any comments or help would be amazing!
