I had my uppers pulled and a denture put in the same day. The dental tech that made the teeth was a master. They looked natural and they felt great. T had them for several with no problems and no relines. Enamel last years longer than plastic teeth.

If the dentist who did your caps did a good job and you are happy with his work, go for it.

I don't think it is a moral issue. Look at it like a bet on a horse. If you can afford to lose 6k, why not? Your teeth will last longer than a lot of other things.
