Need help with basic recipes

Every recipe site I looked at that claimed to be simple... weren't! I need stuff like Jacket potato, cheese and beans... Egg fried rice... Really simple stuff please. (I know how to do the two I mentioned)

Didn't know where to put this

Hi and welcome to DC :)

Lots of easy recipes on DC. I think most of the recipes I posted my 10 yr old could make so feel free to check threads started by me on my profile.

Ready made puff pastry can be used for many easy recipes with a little imagination.
My daughter's favourite one to make is Tuna Mayo roll.
Just roll out your puff pastry, spread with a mix of 2 cans of tuna, 1 cup of mayo, half a tin of creamed corn, some finely chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella (optional) Roll up like a swiss roll and seal the edges. Brush with egg wash or milk and bake for 45 mins - 1 hour at 350 F or until golden.
Slice and serve with salad.
