Ok, Here's the deal I have a marinade I want to try on some catfish, but I don't know if I want to put the fish in foil then on the grill? O rPan fry it after I have marinaded it?

My Panini on Grill does catfish just fine, but I don't squish them.
Course, pan fried is hard to beat too.....

My GF grill does a wonderful job of grilling salmon, which is a lot sturdier fillet. If you're inclined to try yous, I'd recommend loading it up so as to spread the weight across more fish surface area.

Good luck. Looking forward to hearing how this goes for you.

Thank you everyone, I've decided to use foil, I took foil laid it out, I put about 2 table spoons of olive oil down on the foil, I the onions on the oil, I laid the fish down on the onions, I've used my flavor injector and I've injected my cherry marinade into the fish, I've loosely chopped up 1 garlic clove and placed it all over the top of the fish fillet, then I drizzled more cherry marinade all over the top of the fish, I've used an once total. baked it in the oven for 15 minutes.

It was so dang good! Now I'm frying up some Nathans hot dogs.

Hey you cheated! The choices were pan fry or Foreman, and you baked!
;)
Good choice though. I like foil fish and veggies.
