Hi everyone, Have not been around for a while but now back! I would like to make old fashioned molasses taffy apples for my grandchildren this year for Halloween. The only recipes I can find are caramel, etc. When I was a child my mom used to make the old fashioned molasses taffy apples (Crosbys molasses) but unfortunately she never had a written recipe and I was too young at the time to pay attention; Does anyone out there have this recipe; it would be very old - at least 60 years!
Thanks, summer.

B, i usually cringe when i see that phrase as it seems rude, but you did the work and nailed it.

I guess my post does stand out against all of the others on this thread! :ermm::ohmy::LOL:

"give a man a taffy apple and you feed him for a day; teach a man to find the recipe and you feed him for a lifetime"
