Olive Brine?

I enjoy dirty martini's and as a result, have several jars of olives in the frig that are low on their "juice". I would rather not have dry olives so am looking for thoughts on what I can refill the jars with. EVOO with vinegar? Water? Thoughts?

msmofet, that's what DH says! I would really like someone to bottle just the juice ...

:ROFLMAO::LOL: drain all the liquid for your martinis and make some olive sauce for pasta or olive salad with the olives.
