I have been teaching oral English in China since 1998. While I really enjoy it I sometimes wish that I had another "piece of paper", i.e. certificate, in some subject matter so that I could teach other kinds of classes. I especially like cooking so was interested in finding some kind of reputable online program in cooking or culinary education. Does anyone have any suggestions? Even if it is not well known, I would still like to learn cooking in a structure way.
