Peanut butter - Do you know how to make it?

Mel! - One thing to mention is that they grind easier and smoother still hot. And a pinch of sugar would not hurt, or sugar substitute. Just don't go overboard with either the sugar or salt. In either case, don't eat too much peanut butter :) Just two Tbs has 130 calories from fat.

Have fun experimenting. If you don't have a food processor, you can even make it in a blender, but if their still hot, they'll turn out better.

I have a juicer also, and you can make a good peanut butter using that also.

Cool! Thanks for the info.:)

I am a fan of putting a sprinkling of sugar in a lot of things too, but not enough to make them sweet, unless they are supposed to be sweet.

Anyone got opinions about whether almond butter made in the same way as peanut would taste good?

DEEEE-licious! :chef:
