Going to make perogies for the first time any hints on the dough? Allergic to potatoes so going to try cabbage and onions, any other fillings you might suggest?

Thank you for the welcome, first time user. I look forward to learning more and more, I love cooking and can always learn new techniques etc. I guess my question was a bit vague but will have to play with this forum to get onto the steps involved. So Cheers everyone and good eating. Hopefully I can contribute and help as well.
