I need a little advice, please. For New Year's dinner, I made my lucky peas, ham hocks, and diced ham. I also made roast pork tenderloin and portabello mushroom caps stuffed with Italian sausage, crumbled bacon and six Italian cheeses. Now, I have one leftover portabello cap and am wanting it badly. Should he or shouldn't he reheat the little thing?
