Andy the butcher told me this was the most tender, and i'm thinking with all the bones its gotta be the most flavorful... I did look at other roasts but hopefully i made the right choice... I'll let you know... Thanks for all your help much appreciated...

mimiz, i may be too late, but here's my mom's tnt recipe.

Just FYI at this point but a 7 bone roast refers to the shape of the bone in the roast, it looks like a 7, not the number of bones in the chuck roast.
