Question about Heavy Cream Powder
I recently bought a pound of Heavy Cream Powder online. It did not come with instructions for reconsituting it. I am not able to get in touch with the company. Would any one be able to help me? I would appreciate it.
Thank you, George Last edited by Alix; 02-25-2008 at 06:29 PM. |

If you bought it through ChefTalk, maybe you should ask them there how to use it. Just a thought.

Have never heard of such a product but would be interested if it proved out.
Can always try to use a little bit and see how it works, experiment. Take a tad and add a little cold water. If that doesn't work try some warm water. And just play it by ear. Let us know how it works out. Good luck.
