Question About Two Trader Joes Sauces

I bought the Thai Green Curry Sauce and the Cuban Mojito Sauce - now what do I do with them?
Is the Thai Green Curry sauce very hot and spicy? How should I use it in a recipe?

I think the Cuban Mojito sauce would be good on grilled chicken or pork, not sure.

My experience with Trader Joes sauces is that they always include a recipe or way to use them on the bottle itself. Take a look and see if it says anything.

There are some really general cooking directions on the jars. I've used their Indian curry sauces before, I have never had Thai green curry sauce.

I have used the Thai green curry sauce in the recipe below. Because it is thinner than the paste required in the recipe it makes a thinner sauce, but I did not find that to be a problem.
