Recreating Cheesecake

My brother's 31st birthday comes up soon. He's been down in the dumps lately, especially with being laid off and having to come home. I wanted to make this upcoming day special for him.

I remember going to the Cheesecake Factory with him a while ago, and having him LOVE the White Chocolate Caramel Latte Cheesecake.

I can make a plain New York cheesecake. I would really appreciate tips on how to incorporate the white chocolate, caramel, and latte into the cake without totally botching it up. I don't claim to be an amazing cook, I'm just good at following recipes.

I love Cheesecake Factory's Strawberry Cheesecake!! I just had one last weekend. And after I had it I had to went jogging for 2 hours. hahahaha

I love Cheesecake Factory too! My favorite is the Dulche de Leche. And...next week on July 30 it's National Cheesecake Day, so all their cheesecake will be half-price that day! Maybe you should take your brother there for his birthday...
