Red potatoes & Jack Daniels pulled pork

Hello forum Vaironxxrd here. I have a few question about red potatoes.

Well , thing is, I don't have bread or any other side dish except rice and red potatoes. Since my mom wont be home for a long time I wanted to ask you guys what might be the best choice to eat with red potatoes.

Here are the things I currently have since I don't feel like going to the store.
  • Jack daniel's Pulled pork
  • Tuna
  • Chicken Breast patties & Drum sticks.

Thanks for the help\ suggestions.

Decide which meat you want to eat then make the potatoes to go with the meal.

For example, if you choose the pulled pork, you could make roasted potatoes. Cut the potatoes into uniform chunks, toss with oil and some garlic and onion powder, paprika and a dried herb such as rosemary or thyme. spread them out on a cookie sheet in a single layer and roast at 450 F for 30 or so minutes.

For the tuna, make parsley potatoes, boil the potatoes, toss with butter and chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
