I am making a Grilled Chicken and Shrimp with Vegetables Pasta,
What sauce should I use? (The Vegetables are Grilled Mushrooms, Snap Peas, and Carrots)

I was mostly thinking on like a mild butter sauce, but what do you all think?:chef: :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef: :chef:


-A Butter sauce?
-A Tomato Sauce?
-A Red Wine Vinegarette?
-You Decide... :)

I forgot two of the veggies are going to be Red Bell and Yellow Bell Peppers.

I would go for the vinagrette if serving cold and an alfredo style if serving hot.Or you could puree the mushrooms with a little cream/milk/medeira etc. and add some parm to it for a sauce.
