Search for sugar-free powdered milk

I'm trying to make sugar-free milk chocolate (bars) and would like to use powdered milk as an ingredient - but the shop varieties contain a lot of sugar! Can anyone please suggest a source for un-sweetened powdered milk or a substitute? Thanks in advance.

If you are reading the Nutrition Facts panel Organic Valley - Organic Nonfat Dry Milk I believe the sugars listed there are naturally occurring sugars, not added sugars.
