Hi everyone. What do you think of a separate diet. Is it really so useful to eat products belonging to different food classes separately? Can it help to solve many health problems? Write your opinions, please.

I don't buy into that seperate diet science either.

Certain foods digest and metabolize better when eaten with other foods in combination.

If it's weight loss you are concerned with, eat fewer calories and burn more calories (exercise). That's all it takes.

Some religions have dietary restrictions that require eating some categories separately but I agree with the others that combining foods makes no difference to me.
