Season with salt, pepper and a touch of garlic powder. Throw it on the grill. Cut it on the bias and serve for fajitas. It's amazing when you keep it really rare.

Ah, in the true tradition of caveman steak! No blow dryer in camp so we just scrapped off the ash. S&P were the only seasonings allowed.

Sounds like a great way to avoid grill grate cleanup. I'd like to use compressed air, but am leery of the possible content of lubricating oil in my compressed air.

They do make oil less compressors.;)
