LOL thank you... My husband and I have been doing research on edible woodland mushrooms.. Just haven't found the right ones yet and my mother always called them by a Slovak name... The search continues..

I dehydrate mushrooms all the time.

I am thinking this recipe would be easy to convert to sour cabbage-beef broth-mushroom soup. And, I am thinking of adding some pickle brine at the end...topped with dark bread (black bread) croutons...sour cream...dill...or chives...
