Here's Alton doing it in a cardborad box.



Where will all the smoke go in your house? In your oven?
I know alot of people like the stovetop/oven smoke pans but don't they just give a hint of smoke.

They are Bacofoil smoker bags from Asda Walmart, you can google for a full discription.
