Soy and Gluten Free Asian... Is it possible?
My hubby and I LOVE Asian cuisine. Used to cook it all the time at home and on take away nights, always Chinese. Recently my hubby has been diagnosed with a lot of allergies and has since had to give up Chinese food. We miss it terribly.
Was hoping someone could give me some ideas on what I could substitute soy sauce for. He is highly allergic to wheat and soy and medium allergic to most corn products. We currently use oyster sauce fish sauce and sesame oil but can't quite get that nice rich salty taste that soy gives.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
