Spice Question
My recipe calls for cardamon/cardoman (sp?). I have whole seeds. Do I open them up and use the inners or do I use the whole seed or do I do something else? Please help me. I'm making Iraqi Potato/Chicken Knishes for the Passover Seder tomorrow night. Thanks.
