I FINALLY got out to pick up my copy today. Lots of interesting recipes for spring. It will take LCBO about 8-10 weeks to post the recipes from this issue on its website, but this is the featured recipe right now:

There are 6 carrot cake recipes in this issue. I posted the link to an LCBO carrot cake recipe around the 21/22 of February. That recipe makes an amazingly moist carrot cake. I'm sure the posted recipe (and the others) are also very good. There are also recipes using aspargus, israeli couscous, and lobster. The nice thing is the recipes are free and you can find them on the LCBO's site.

I have made a number of recipes from F&D over the years. I have yet to have one fail. I do mix them up because s/times the ingredients are things I can't find. One of my favorite recipes to make in the summer with the zucchini overload is:
