Squishy Rolls

Has anyone been to the restaurant O'Charley's? They make the most delicious rolls. They are so soft and squishy that they cannot be cut. I have tried to find a recipe for these for years, but haven't been successful. There are a couple of sites that say they have the recipe, but it isn't the same.
