Swans Potato Flour (starch)

I have a box of this, I can't remember why I bought it....Does anyone have good suggestions on what I can use this for? I hate to let it sit there and waste away!

I have no idea what Swans Potato Flour (starch) is for. Check you receipes and see it any of them call for it. If not just throw it away.
