Tarragon Vinegar Help
I've avoided tarragon for years, I love a stick pf black licorice now and then, but the thought of cooking with anything licorice flavored turned me off. Then while shopping for my herb garden I pinched a leaf of tarragon then tasted it and the fun begins.
I would like to make some tarragon vinegar, I know I can buy it but my tarragon is lush and full and I want to use it.
Question, how long will it keep? Does it need to be refrigerated..I know this sounds odd, but I want to be careful of my family, but want to give them the chance to enjoy this herb. So directions would be appreciated from anyone who has made vinegar.
