It's not set up as just Japanese cooking, but there are some good threads there. There are several of us who are enjoying Japanese cooking at this time.

It's a good idea to have a bowl of water or dashi stock on hand when cooking with teriyaki. To thin the sauce, and re-tweak the ingredients a bit.
