Thinking of opening a restaurant?

Thought you all could appreciate this article, too. As foodies, we've probably all fanticized about having our own restaurant at some point. This seminar sounds interesting--but expensive!!!

I'm pretty sure it's her son, bucky. Read about him in one of my foodie mags. He and Mario are buds.

Thanks Buckytom, it's good to be back, too!

Glad you liked the article. I got it from a new site I found, www.thefoodsection.com. Leite's Culinaria listed it as a good resource. It's a blog that has food news, photos, and links to the food sections of newspapers across the country. It seems to have a lot of focus on NYC, so it'll be more useful to some than others, but it's good. Great article about touring the Viking Range factory. I want to go!

I worked in NYC for a year right after I got out of school. Lived in Weehawken and couldn't afford to enjoy much of anything the area had to offer but it was still a cool experience. I haven't been back to NYC in 4 years and really miss it!
