Too spicy chicken stew

i'm having leftover chicken stew and i wanted to spice it up a bit, added a few seasonings one being cayenne. but i added a little to much for my taste. Is there any way to counter act that---it's a creamy type stew,so would maybe a touch of milk or cream help...like it to still have a little kick to it...

Yes, milk or cream would help. Do you have any sour cream? A dollap of that would sure be good.
