A friend posted this article about a spice recall.
She came across it on the internet and posted it.
Not sure if it is accurate or not, and not sure when the article was written, and i'm not sure how reliable the source is.
I figured I'd just put it out there for you folks to at least read.

Cant always trust whats on the internet, but worth looking into.

The FDA did recall specific lots of the turmeric back in July and August. The FDA is listed as a source at the end of the article. I don't have any of those brands in my cupboards, have to check Mom and Dad's as they eat a lot of it.

Seems to have been last Summer. One company, Gel Spice, Inc., selling under different brand names.
